Logo Digitizing
New logos require a one-time digitizing fee of $50 to convert your artwork into an embroidery file. This fee is waived for orders of 6 or more items.

Frequently Asked Questions
What file format do you need for my logo?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG files. Higher resolution is better — at least 300 DPI if possible. If you only have a small or low-quality image, we can still work with it through our digitizing process.
How long does embroidery take?
Most orders are completed within 7 business days. Larger orders or complex designs may take slightly longer. Need it faster? Let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Order one piece or one hundred — we're happy to help either way.
What's the digitizing fee?
New logos require a one-time $50 digitizing fee to convert your artwork into an embroidery-ready file. This fee is waived when you order 6 or more items. Once your logo is digitized, it's saved in our system for all future orders at no additional charge.
Can you embroider items I bring in?
Yes! Bring your own garments or purchase from our store. We can embroider on most fabrics. Very thin materials or leather may not work well for embroidery — just ask and we'll let you know.
Can you add individual names to each item?
Absolutely. We can add employee names to each garment along with your company logo. Names are $6.99 per placement.
Do you ship completed orders?
Yes! Pick up at our Niagara Falls store or we'll ship anywhere in the US. Shipping costs vary based on order size and destination.
