Next-day across Upstate New York. Orders placed before 3 PM on a business day arrive the next business day throughout Upstate and Western New York, and in nearby parts of Pennsylvania and Ohio. Free on orders of $75 or more. If it’s late, we refund the shipping. Check your zip.

Free shipping on $75+. Everywhere else in the U.S., orders of $75 or more ship free by UPS Ground. Under $75, it’s a flat $7.99.

How long it takes. We ship from Niagara Falls the same or next business day. Ground is typically 2 days to Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, New Jersey, and New England; 3 days to most of the Midwest and Southeast; 4–5 days to the Mountain West and West Coast.

Pick up instead. Choose pickup at checkout and your order is usually ready in about an hour during store hours. We’ll email you when it’s at the counter.

Returns

Didn’t work out? Return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Items need to be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.

To start a return, find your order and select the item, or email support@greatlakesworkwear.com with your order number. Once it’s approved, ship it back or drop it at the store.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Exchanges are free. Email or call us with your order number, the item, and the size you need. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship the new size as soon as the original is on its way back. Same 30-day, unworn condition applies.
